Your Account

To use real-money Services, you must register an Account. By doing so, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
  • Online gambling is legal in your place of residence.
  • You are not located in, nor a resident of, prohibited jurisdictions including (but not limited to) the United States, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Cyprus, Comoros, Dutch West Indies territories, FATF-blacklisted countries, sanctioned nations, or any jurisdiction where the Company restricts access at its discretion.
  • All information provided is accurate and complete, and you will update it promptly if it changes.
  • Funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and belong to you.
  • You will not engage in fraud, collusion, cheating, or any prohibited activity.
  • You accept the risk of losing money and will gamble responsibly.
  • You will not use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to conceal your location.

Only one Account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts, employee registrations, or transfers of accounts are prohibited and will result in closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. The Company may void transactions or close accounts if irregularities, rule breaches, cheating, or errors are detected.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your name and from legitimate sources. The Company is not a bank and does not pay interest on balances. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply, and processing times vary by method.

Withdrawals are subject to verification, wagering requirements, and limits (e.g., minimum €100, daily €1,000, weekly €2,000 or currency equivalent). First withdrawals and cumulative deposits exceeding €2,000 typically require KYC verification. Funds from bonuses or incomplete games cannot be withdrawn until conditions are met. The Company may refuse or delay withdrawals for security, verification, or compliance reasons.

Bets and Winnings

Bets are accepted only if sufficient cleared funds are available. Maximum daily winnings are capped at €100,000 (or equivalent). The Company may void bets affected by errors, technical issues, obvious mistakes, or irregular activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are offered at the Company’s discretion and subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bets (€2 while bonus active), and win limits (typically 10× the bonus amount). Certain games are excluded from bonus play. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or irregular betting patterns, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and possible account closure.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly forbidden and may lead to account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to authorities:

  • Providing false information or documents
  • Using third-party payment methods or identities
  • Money laundering or depositing illicit funds
  • Collusion, cheating, or exploiting software errors
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals
  • Bonus abuse or multi-accounting
  • Accessing the site from prohibited locations or as a minor
  • Any illegal or disruptive behaviour

KYC and Anti-Money Laundering

The Company applies risk-based due diligence. Users may be required to submit ID, proof of address, source-of-funds evidence, and other documents. Services may be restricted until verification is complete.

Responsible Gambling

Gambling should remain entertainment. Set limits, never chase losses, and avoid betting money you cannot afford to lose. Self-exclusion is available upon request via support; accounts will be blocked for the chosen period (minimum 30 days for permanent requests). Open bets will settle normally.

Privacy

We collect personal data (name, email, date of birth, address, ID details, device/IP information, etc.) to verify identity, provide services, ensure security, and meet legal obligations. Data is processed in accordance with applicable laws. You may request deletion of data no longer required, subject to retention obligations.

Liability

The Website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties. The Company is not liable for interruptions, errors, or losses arising from use, except where expressly stated. Total liability is limited to the lower of the relevant wager value or €500.

Complaints and Governing Law

Initial complaints should be submitted via live chat or email. We aim to resolve issues promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
